Roatan biology
For my biology Rotan I decided to do it on sea turtles. There are three species of sea turtles in Roatan. Including the loggerhead, green, and the hawbill. These turtle are subject to illegal hunting. Flowers bay, marble beach punta pimienta, punta Gordy, and many more are known for nesting sites. The nesting season on Roatan accursed between June and November.

Travel summary
For my travel video I decided to do it on surprising facts about Spain. Spain holds the European record for the most bars. Spain is the second most visited places in the world. This country also supplies 44% of the world olive oil. Spain is the home to the oldest restaurant in the world. They stick to the same recipes and they have an ongoing flame that never goes out.

Cooking
For cooking class today we tested our what we learned about making grilled cheese sandwiches. The first thing I did was spread butter on the bread. Then I put oil in the pan and let the pan heat up just a little bit before I put the sandwich on the burner. I put the heat up a little to high so it burnt just a bit but I like it a little burnt. While I was making it joy had to help me with the heat because it was starting to smoke.

Biology of Roatan
For my biology I chose to write it on Roatans crocodiles. The only crocodile species of roatan is the crocodylus acutus. Female crocodiles deposit their eggs in nest made from natural debris. They build there nest above the high tide line. Crocodile sitings are less frequent in the bay islands, they are losing habitat to local villagers because they're hunted.

Travel summary
For my travel video I watched a video on diving in Utila. In the video they talk about the process of becoming a diver. When they got out there they hoped in the water and started filming the coral along with some fish. Once they where done with the diving they didn't see any dolphin so they rented a boat to go Find some. Once they found dolphins they hopped in the water and filmed them. The Dolphins didn't come near them but they went near the boat.

Roatan biology
The roatan institute for marine scientist (RIMS)was established in 1989 by the owners of the Anthony's key resort. The biggest goal of the facility is to preserve Roatans natural resources through education and research. The facility is visited year-round by college universities and high schools. RIMS is located for marine study on the north west coast of roatan where over 30 miles of Shoreline are home to many animals. For many students this may be the first encounter with coral reefs in the underwater life, Roatans courses provide a realm of beauty and excitement. https://www.roatanims.org/about

Reading
Anne explains that somebody has tried to kill Hitler. Unfortunately, Hitler managed to get away with just a few scratches and burns. But it shows that a lot of generals and officers are sick of the war, too. Maybe it'll make the war end sooner. Hitler lets his army know that they may shoot anybody who was involved in this attempt on his life without a trial. Anne reflects on the fact that her personality is a "bundle of contradictions." She is a dual personality but she never shows the nicer, softer, gentler inside Anne people only see the frolicsome, flirty, easy-going outside Anne. Anne talks about when she tries to show her more quiet and serious side, everyone thinks she's either in a sour mood or sick and pumps her full of medicine.
That was the last thing Anne wrote in her diary. This book talks about world war2. During 1942 and 1944 Anne talks about family, love and selfishness. during this period she also goes through troubles with her mom, sister, and father. It put her through a lot of pain because she loved her father more than anyone. She doesn't like family that she has to go into hiding with because she always gets picked on by them. She forms a friendship with the petter, the sone of the Van Dann family.

Cooking
For cooking this week we made grilled cheese sandwiches. During the proses I learned that butter burns faster in the pan. It's better to put about 1/2 teaspoon of oil in the pan with the butter. When making a grilled cheese it's best if you cook it on a low Medium heat so that the cheese is melted but the bread isn't burnt. All of us liked the grilled cheeses that where made.

Cooking
Today for cooking we made a Spanish soup called"Spanish beans with tomatoes". The base ingredients were tomatoes and beans with some seasoning. Tilden chopped the celery and cooked everything in the pan. I opened the cans and measured everything for it to go in the pan. Once everything was in the pan we let it sit and stirred it regularly. While it was shimmering I made grilled cheese for us. Once it was done we served it with grilled cheese and cornbread. Tilden and me didn't like it, but 2 other people liked it. I didn't like it because I don't like cooked tomatoes or tomatoes soup and the celery wasn't cooked.

we begin with Anne constantly thinking about peter "she hardly does anything else but think of peter" the book says. however her mother does not approve of her crush on him, this makes Anne angry at her she begins to resent the fact that that grownups treat her Margot and Peter and children and prevent them from expressing their feelings about overcoming depression and discouragement. anne finally admits to herself that her feelings for peter are " pretty near to being in love with him". anne looks back to the girl she used to be and the life to led before she went into hiding "it all seems so unreal. it was quite a different anne who enjoyed a heavenly existence to the anne who has grown wise within these walls" she says. more and more anne confides in peter and the talk about when there group first went into hiding. although anne states that politics don't interest her she she describes the reactions of her group to the news Watch the hair over the radio or from there "protectors". and continues growing close to Peter and drifting away from her mother and is "up in the clouds" when he finally kisses her
anne disregards the probable reaction from her parents and sister and and continues her relationship with peter. we see anne begin to grow out of her depression when she says "everyday i feel that i am developing inwardly that the liberation is drawing nearer and how beautiful nature is how good the people are about me how interesting this adventure is why then should i be in despair?". following the advice margot had given her anne writes a letter to her father explaining her feeling and him and her mother the difficulties she's been going through the period they have been in hiding and speaking about his silent disapproval of her relationship with peter. anne fears that since she was born in germany she and her family will not be able to remain in holland once the war is over. but she clings to hope that something will happen and the war will end soon. anne's last entry before the "secret annexe" is raided by the police and it's occupants were sent to concentration camps. at the end of the book anne is clearly a very different person as we see her develop throughout the years.

For my roatan biology I watched a video on some of the activities that you could do there. Visiting the west end and there are a lot of shops. And places to have some ice cream with an ocean view. Taking a water taxi is also fun and has great views of the clear water. On the west end there is a beach that is great for Snorkelling. It is called the half moon beach.

Travel YouTube
The video was about snorkeling and hiking. While Snorkeling they swam with a school of fish. A crab even got stuck in the guy's hair. On the hiking trip it showed ants carrying food.
