For cooking class today we tested our what we learned about making grilled cheese sandwiches. The first thing I did was spread butter on the bread. Then I put oil in the pan and let the pan heat up just a little bit before I put the sandwich on the burner. I put the heat up a little to high so it burnt just a bit but I like it a little burnt. While I was making it joy had to help me with the heat because it was starting to smoke.
