Seeing only trees in front of him, Brian is convinced he will not survive the landing. Finally he spots a L shaped lake not sure he has enough speed to reach it. The plane hits the trees shooting through them and landing on the lake. Water rushes over Brian who's screaming and vomiting, but he unbuckles his seatbelt and swims to the top when reaches the shore he passes out from pain and exhaustion. In a semi conscious state the Brain vividly remembers an accident in which he discovers "the secret''. He was riding his bike with his friend Terry when he saw his mother in a strange car kissing an unfamiliar man, then he woke up. He takes in his surroundings and details of the plane crash, his entire body aching he quickly falls asleep. After awakening Brian finds his survival almost unbelievable. The mosquitoes in the area swarm him leaving him with painful bits. After looking around he falls back asleep.
