For my roatan biology I read an article on the plants and wildlife of roatan. Roatan's native fruit trees Include strangler fig, Hog plum, and Nance. Some of the native plants are ferns, bamboo, and orchids. While walking the back don't be surprised to see coconut palms, sea grapes, almond trees, and coco palms. Roatan has 40 different Species of reptiles on the island including the endangered hawksbill turtle. You can also find 15 species of lizards, 13 snake species, and six species of frog.
