Cooking class
Today for my cooking class we made meatballs. The recipe was called grandmas meatballs. We ground the elk and mixed it with the lamb. After that we rolled it into 1/2 inch balls and coated them in flower. We cooked them just so that they were brown on the out side but still rare on the inside. We made the sauce and cooked them in the sauce and served them. Tilden liked them. I didn't like them and I learned that the taste was from the land because it has a very strong flavor.
