Great effort today, and excellent results- Spanish Rice, each time different, always a hit! You're really getting the process down and reliably tasty!
The sausage and veggie stew took lots of attention and focus for prepping, sautéing and seasoning. I appreciate the enthusiasm and willingness to learn and practice knife skills and following recipe instructions. The payoff is cooking confidence and a delicious result!
