The day had come for Billys hunt. The judge came and introduced himself and they were on their way. They got two coon and right as the team thought they were beat because a coon tricked them and it was daylight, Little Ann treed one. They killed it and skinned it and went back to the campground the judge held up the 3 skins and everyone cheered. They had made it to the finals. Later that day a man showed up with a little box full of money, everyone had agreed to make a jackpot for the winner. The man told the team and left. Billy tried to get some sleep but couldn't because his grandpa snored so loud.The last night was like the second, no one had gotten more than two coon. Then it was time for the final hunt they went out and got one coon. Then the dogs went back to there hunt.
